Michael Pratt, M.D. (I ’88), has retired from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to become the director of the Institute for Public Health and the MPH program at the University of California, San Diego.

He also is a professor in the Division of Global Health, Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at UC San Diego.
