Michael Walsh, M.D., receives Society of Ambulatory Anesthesia (SAMBA) Distinguished Service Award

Michael Walsh, M.D. (ANES ’02), Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the Society of Ambulatory Anesthesia (SAMBA) Distinguished Service Award. The award is presented to an individual for outstanding achievement in ambulatory anesthesia and is the highest honor the society can bestow. Dr. Walsh is a former SAMBA president.

He is an assistant professor of anesthesiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
