Naima Covassin, Ph.D., receives Council on Cardiometabolic Disease Young Investigator Award

Naima Covassin, Ph.D. (CV ’14), a senior research fellow in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was awarded first prize in the Council on Cardiometabolic Disease Young Investigator Award.

Dr. Covassin is an assistant professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
