Navtej Buttar, M.D., Receives Teacher of the Year, Mayo Clinic Rochester
Navtej Buttar, M.D. (GI ’01), Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, received the Nonsurgeon Physician Teacher of the Year at the General Surgery Residency Recognition Awards at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The annual awards acknowledge the essential roles the recipients play in the success of General Surgery trainees. Dr. Buttar is a professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
