Neel Shah, M.B, Ch.B. (MGEN ’11), vice chair, Mayo Clinic Pharmaceutical Formulary Subcommittee

Neel Shah, M.B, Ch.B. (MGEN ’11), has been named the Mayo Clinic Pharmaceutical Formulary Subcommittee (MCPFS) vice chair and succeeds Terese Horlocker, M.D. (MED ’85, ANES ’89), who is retiring from Mayo Clinic. He is a member of both the Mayo Midwest Pharmacy and Therapeutics Subcommittee and the Mayo Clinic Pharmaceutical Formulary Subcommittee and has chaired the MCPFS General Medicine and Surgery task forces since 2015. The MCPFS is an enterprise-wide subcommittee of the Mayo Clinic Pharmacy and Therapeutics Subcommittee and is responsible for developing, maintaining and overseeing a comprehensive formulary across Mayo Clinic based on safety, efficacy and financial effect.
