Rajeev Chaudhry, M.B.B.S., named regional director, Artificial Intelligence and Biomedical Informatics

Rajeev Chaudhry, M.B.B.S. (CIM ’00), Division of Community Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was named regional director of Artificial Intelligence and Biomedical Informatics for Mayo Clinic Health System’s Northwest Wisconsin Region, with a joint appointment as the professor of biomedical informatics for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Department of Bioinformatics.

Dr. Chaudhry will help fulfill the organization’s goal to be on the cutting edge of innovation in artificial intelligence and bioinformatics, and maximize opportunities with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He also will continue his work in research and development activities in informatics solutions for patients and consumers.

Dr. Chaudhry is an associate professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
