Randal Thomas, M.D., is chair of American Heart Association Council on Clinical Cardiology

Randal Thomas, M.D. (CV ’99), Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, began a two-year term as chair of the American Heart Association Council on Clinical Cardiology.

Dr. Thomas also is a professor of medicine.
