Randy Foss, M.D. (FM ’13), received an award, Mayo Clinic Health System Lake City

Randy Foss, M.D. (FM ’13), Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City, Minnesota, received a 2023 Community Health Assessment and Improvement Measures Program (CHAMP) and CHAMP Partnership award for his project “Veggie Rx – Addressing Diabetes Care through a Community Based “Farmacy” Initiative.” These awards recognize projects that address community health priorities. Dr. Foss is an assistant professor of family medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
