Robert Huebert, M.D. (I ’09, CI ’10, GI ’12, HEPT ’13), Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a 2024 CCaTS-CBD Pilot Awards for Team Science from the Mayo Clinic Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCaTS) and the Center for Biomedical Discovery (CBD) for the project “Development of a Large Animal Model of Perihilar Cholangiocarcinoma for Testing of Oncolytic Viruses.” The goal of the awards is to enhance team science and develop clinical-basic partnerships in projects that have potential to impact clinical practice at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Huebert is an associate professor of medicine and regenerative medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
