Roger Hofer, M.D., named medical director, Health Care Technology Management, Mayo Clinic

Roger Hofer, M.D.

Roger Hofer, M.D. (S ’87, ANES ’90), Division of Multispecialty Anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was named medical director of Health Care Technology Management, a new institutional position. He will continue the efforts to manage and standardize the maintenance of Mayo Clinic’s medical equipment and enhance security measures for all medical devices that connect to the network.

Dr. Hofer also is an assistant professor of anesthesiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
