Rozalina McCoy, M.D

Rozalina McCoy, M.D. (CI ’11, I ’12, CI ’14, CTSA ’15, ENDO ’15), Division of Primary Care Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the 2016 Round 2 Community Health: Assessment and Improvement Measures Program (CHAMP) Award from Mayo Clinic’s Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCaTS).

Dr. McCoy will focus on diabetes, obesity and the complex social factors associated with these conditions in her project, “Addressing Diabetes Together: Implementation of a Regional Partnership for Population Health Management in Southeast Minnesota.
