Rozalina McCoy received the 2016 Round 2 CHAMP Award

Rozalina McCoy, M.D. (CI ’11, I ’12, CI ’14, CTSA ’15, ENDO ’15), received the 2016 Round 2 Community Health: Assessment and Improvement Measures Program (CHAMP) Award from the Mayo Clinic Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCATS). Dr. McCoy’s project, “Addressing Diabetes Together: Implementation of a Regional Partnership for Population Health Management in Southeast Minnesota,” will focus on diabetes, obesity and the complex social factors associated with these conditions. She is a senior associate consultant in the Division of Primary Care Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
