Sanjeev (Sanj) Kakar, M.D., is medical director, Digital Professional Education, Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development

Sanjeev (Sanj) Kakar, M.D. (HAND ’10), Department of Orthopedics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, is now medical director for Digital Professional Education in the Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development.

Digital professional education within the School has grown exponentially, especially in this new era caused by the pandemic. The medical director for Digital Professional Education will lead the creation, collaboration and distribution of Mayo Clinic’s best-in-class digital professional education.

Dr. Kakar is a professor of orthopedics in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
