Scott Okuno, M.D., is chair, Division of Community Oncology, Mayo Clinic Health System

Scott Okuno, M.D. (I ’92, HEMO ’96), is now chair of the Division of Community Oncology, overseeing the hematology and medical oncology practice across Mayo Clinic Health System. Dr. Okuno is chair of the Cancer Coordinating Committee for Mayo Clinic Health System and medical director of the Oncology Department for Northwest Wisconsin.

He succeeds Henry Pitot, M.D. (I ’89, ONCL ’91, HEM ’92), who was chair of the Division of Community Oncology since 2012.

Dr. Okuno is a professor of oncology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
