Sean Dowdy, M.D. (OBG ’01, GYNO ’04), chair of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received funding from the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine. His application was one of six to receive funding from a pool of 19. His application was for “Individualizing perioperative opioid administration through pharmacogenomics testing.”

Dr. Dowdy is a professor of obstetrics and gynecology.
