Sharad Lakhanpal, M.D. (RHEU ’86), was installed as the 80th president of the American College of Rheumatology at the organization’s annual scientific meeting in Washington, D.C. Dr. Lakhanpal practices rheumatology in Dallas, Texas, and is a clinical professor of internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
