Stephen Crooke, Ph.D., receives Early Stage Career Investigator Award from National Foundation for Infectious Diseases
Stephen Crooke, Ph.D. (GIM ’18), postdoctoral research fellow in the Mayo Clinic Vaccine Research Group, received the Maurice R. Hilleman Early Stage Career Investigator Award from the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases. The award recognizes promising scientists who are beginning careers in vaccinology. Dr. Crooke received the award for his research on the Zika virus. He is invited to present his work at the 2019 Annual Conferene on Vaccinology Research.
Dr. Crooke is an instructor in medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
