Steven Rose, M.D. (MED ’81, ANES ’84), Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the Excellence in Education Award from the American Society of Anesthesiologists in recognition of a career of outstanding contributions to the specialty and society. Dr. Rose is a professor of anesthesiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
