Steven Rose, M.D. (MED ’81, ANES ’84), Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the American Society of Anesthesiology Excellence in Education Award for his exemplary leadership in physician and graduate medical education. The award honors individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement and sharing of anesthesiology knowledge. Dr. Rose is a professor of anesthesiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
