Tanios Bekaii-Saab, M.D., is for Academic and Community Cancer Research United (ACCRU)

Tanios Bekaii-Saab, M.D. (HEM ’16), Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, was named chair for Academic and Community Cancer Research United (ACCRU). He had served as interim ACRRU chair since June 2018.

Dr. Bekaii-Saab is co-leader of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center Gastrointestinal Cancer Program, medical director of the Cancer Clinical Research Office, and vice chair and section chief for medical oncology in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. He also is a professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
