Vesna Garovic, M.D., Ph.D. (NEPH ’99, CTSA ’13), was named chair of the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension, Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Dr. Garovic succeeds Robert Albright Jr., D.O. (I ’95, NEPH ’96, CCMI ’97, NEPH ’98).

Dr. Garovic is a professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
