W. Oliver Tobin, M.B., B.Ch., BAO, Ph.D. (NMS ’15, N-MS ’15), Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, is a 2016 Kern Scholar in the Mayo Clinic Kern Health Care Delivery Scholars Program.

The program is available to current Mayo Clinic clinically trained doctoral-level fellows and junior faculty to prepare the next generation in health services research.

His research focuses on multiple sclerosis and telemedicine.
