Course registration cancellations initiated by the registrant 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the registration.   

  • No refunds will be granted fewer than 14 days before the course start date.   
  • No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.

This program, specifically for Mayo Clinic alumni, provides participants with current and comprehensive programing that features Mayo Clinic’s best clinical, education and research topics from all Mayo Clinic locations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify common questions patients ask about longevity.
  • Examine how to separate helpful, evidence-based advice from less reliable information.
  • Respond to common longevity questions in a way that is practical and clinically grounded.
  • Differentiate virtual and augmented reality.
  • Review successful applications of virtual reality in healthcare.
  • Examine the use of HopeSphere in Palliative Medicine.

American Board of Surgery (ABS)
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME requirement of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.
