Cancellation Policy for CME course registration and optional activities:
Course registration cancellations initiated by the registrant 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the registration.
- No refunds will be granted fewer than 14 days before the course start date.
- No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.
