Kamiab Delfanian, M.D. (CV-VM ’02), has written a book, Nanny’s Pearls: Lessons that Shaped an Orphan’s Life, about a Kurdish woman who takes on the responsibility of raising two orphan grandchildren under difficult circumstances after the tragic loss of her son. Dr. Delfanian is the founder and medical director of the Minnesota Vascular and Birthmark Center in Lakeville, Minnesota.
