Benjamin McCallister, M.D. (I ’65)

Dr. Benjamin D. McCallister passed away at his home in Kamuela, Hawaii, on May 13, 2012. He was born July 24, 1932, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Clarence Dee McCallister and Agnes Horton McCallister. He attended Wichita East High School in Wichita, Kan., and graduated from the University of Kansas.
