Bijoy Khanderia, M.D. (CV ’87)

Colleagues,

It is with sadness that I report that our former colleague, Dr. Bijoy Khandheria, a leading member of our echo lab faculty in Rochester from 1987 for more than a decade prior to joining the faculty at Mayo Clinic Arizona, then later, Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, ASE’s past president, innovator, master clinician, and teacher has passed away after a brief illness. He was in India visiting his family. He was a bright light, an energetic and visionary man and will be greatly missed.
