Claude Blondin, M.D. (I ’66, RHEU ’68)

BLONDIN, Dr. Claude 1938 2017 Peacefully on October 30, 2017, Dr. Claude Blondin, a dedicated rheumatologist who was passionate about his career for his whole life, passed away in Montreal. Besides his wife Vivina, he leaves to mourn his children Claudine (Stephen), Marc-Antoine (Isabelle) and Anouk (Mathieu); his grandchildren Antoine, Renée-Claude, Alexandra, Samuel, Emmanuelle, Julien, Olivia and Isabella; his brothers Yves and Jacques, his sisters Josée and Suzanne, as well as many other relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences at the Alfred Dallaire Memoria funeral home, 1111, avenue laurier Ouest (valet service) on Friday, November 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, November 4 at 9:00 a.m. Funeral service will follow at the Saint-Viateur church, 1175, avenue Laurier Ouest at 11:45 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or to the Quebec Lung Association.
