Germán Peña Quiñones, M.D. (NS ’73)

We regret the painful duty of communicating sensitive death of the distinguished Colombian neurosurgeon, Dr. Germán Peña, who has successfully continuously with the development of neurosurgery Colombian and Latin American. He has been master of many generations and well-liked in his country as well as in Latin America, by many of its virtues of simplicity, honesty and charisma. Dr. Peña has been President of the CLAN held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, in 1994. It has always worked with our Federation. The Latin American Federation of societies of neurosurgery sympathizes with the pain of relatives and friends. Peace in his grave and our most heartfelt condolences.
