Harold J. Browne, M.D. (S ’53)

Browne, Harold J. (F.R.C.S.I.) (F.A.C.S.) (Dublin) 5th January 2015 peacefully surrounded by his family at St. Vincent’s University Hospital; beloved husband of Vivienne and of the late Aileen and loving father of Michael, Philip, Richard, Elizabeth and Ingrid. Sadly missed by his brothers Fred, Michael and Charles, daughters-in-law Anne and Marie, sons-in-law Michael (Foley) and Michael (Alexander), grandchildren William, Charlotte, Joseph, Isabelle, Lily and Harry, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, his colleagues in the medical profession and many friends.

Rest in peace.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier Street from 1pm Tuesday and on Wednesday. Reposing at his home on Thursday 8th January from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass at 10.00 o’c on Friday 9th January in Church of Our Lady, Queen of Peace, Merrion Road followed by burial in Deansgrange  Cemetery.
