Sunanda Kane, M.D. (GI ’07), Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was elected president of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), which champions the evolving needs of clinicians in the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, compassionate health care. She has served in various leadership roles at the ACG, including helping to establish the ACG Negotiation and Networking Workshop.
Dr. Kane is a professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
